Sateinen ja ah, niin alkukesän tuoksuinen helatorstai. // Big name for a day off, huh? Spent the rainy day driving to visit friends and family.
Foggy morning
Aamukävelyllä sakea sumu, toimistolle päästyä mitä kirkkain auringonpaiste. // During the morning walk the fog was t-h-i-c-k and as soon as I stepped inside the office the sky was bright blue again.
Birthday girl
Synttärisankari hemmotteli vieraitaan kaupungin parhaalla brunssilla. // The birthday girl pampered us with the best brunch in town!
White to brown
Lian, pölyn ja mudan paljastuttua lumen alta tuntuu kukoistava kevät hetken hyvinkin kaukaiselta. // By the time the snow melts both the city and the forest are covered with dirt, mud and dust. For a little while the blooming spring feels like a distant dream.

From Anzio to Nettuno
Pitkän lounaan jälkeinen merenrantakävely johdatti viereiseen kaupunkiin jäätelölle/kahville/aperolille. // After the long seafood lunch at Anzio we took a walk by the seaside to the next city, Nettuno, to enjoy the afternoon coffee/gelato/aperol.
